Our
Program

Youth Basketbal Done RIght

Elevated Hoops is built around the fundamentals of the game and the values that make basketball special. Our program gives players the structure, discipline, and fun they need to grow as both athletes and teammates. We focus on player development first, not just wins. Every practice, drill, and game helps kids improve their skills, build confidence, and learn how to compete the right way. This is a team for players who are serious about growing their skills and competing with others who share that same commitment.

Elevated Hoops is currently focused on one competitive team, giving players more personal coaching and playing time. This structure helps us build chemistry, accountability, and steady progress for every athlete.

Practice
Structure

Practices are where players grow the most. Each session focuses on skills, teamwork, and effort.

Our practices are designed for players who already have a solid understanding of basketball fundamentals and want to push themselves. Each player earns their spot through tryouts and commitment to consistent effort.

What to Expect:

  • Frequency: Two practices per week
  • Length: About 90 minutes each
  • Focus Areas: Ball handling, shooting, defense, and game awareness
  • Team Concepts: Communication, spacing, and playing together
  • Expectations: Players arrive on time, ready to work hard and support their teammates

Attendance matters because consistency builds confidence and chemistry. Players who show up and give full effort always see the biggest improvement.

Family. Fundamentals. Fun.

Game and
Tournament Play

Tournaments are a chance to apply everything learned in practice. Elevated Hoops competes in local Arizona tournaments that match our players’ development level.

Our current team will compete locally in league play and gradually move toward AAU tournaments as we grow.

Tournament Details:

  • Frequency: Around 1- 2 tournaments per season
  • Location: Local gyms and facilities in Peoria and surrounding areas
  • Format: Bracket-style weekend events
  • Goal: Growth through competition, not just trophies
  • We value sportsmanship and effort over records. Every event is a chance for players to learn, support each other, and build memories.

Elevated Hoops is a tryout-based program. Players are selected based on effort, attitude, and readiness to compete at a higher level.

Our practices are designed for players who already understand the basics of the game and are ready to be challenged. We’re focused on helping athletes take the next step in their development, not on introducing basketball for the first time.

What Makes Elevated Hoops Different

Most programs focus on wins. We focus on development, teamwork, and respect. Our coaches care about building better players and better people. We keep basketball fun while teaching discipline and accountability. Families join Elevated Hoops because they see the difference, clear communication, strong coaching, and a positive culture that helps players grow on and off the court.
